Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this website we collect the details you provide: your full name, business email address, company, country, phone number (optional), business type, the solution you are interested in, and your message. We also record the date and time of submission and the IP address the request came from, which helps us identify automated abuse of the form.

Why we use it

We use these details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where you have asked for it, to arrange a demonstration of the platform. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists on the basis of an enquiry alone.

Consent

The enquiry form asks you to confirm that you agree to us processing your details in order to reply. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@travon.com, and we will delete the enquiry record.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as is needed to deal with the enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it. Records that do not lead to a relationship are removed during routine review.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own for advertising. If website analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where visitors encounter problems. Fonts and front-end libraries are loaded from third-party content delivery networks, which receive your IP address as part of serving those files.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@travon.com and we will respond to your request.
