Platform

One Platform for Supplier Inventory, Products and Distribution

Travon is organised into four working layers. Each one does a specific job, and together they move inventory from a supplier backend to the travel businesses that sell it.

Supplier Backend

Where inventory lives. Rates, availability, allocations, seasons and blackout rules are maintained as structured records with a full change history.

  • Rate and availability records
  • Season and allocation controls
  • Bulk editing by product group
  • Per-record change history

Product Catalogue

Where inventory becomes sellable. Content blocks, media, inclusions, policies and pricing are assembled into products that agents can sell from directly.

  • Reusable content and media library
  • Inclusions, policies and cancellation rules
  • Draft, review and published states
  • Agent-side preview before publishing

Distribution Layer

Where commercial decisions are applied. Agents are grouped, visibility is set per group, and commercial rules attach to the group rather than the product.

  • Agent groups and tiers
  • Per-group pricing and markup rules
  • Controlled publish and withdraw
  • Visibility separated from product data

Connectivity

Where data moves. Template uploads, connected supplier feeds and documented API endpoints keep the catalogue current without manual re-entry.

  • Spreadsheet and template uploads
  • Connected supplier feeds
  • Documented API endpoints
  • Sync status, mapping and logs
Supplier Dashboard

Everything a supplier needs on one screen

The dashboard is the daily working surface: what is live, what is waiting on review, what was uploaded recently, and which agent groups are currently receiving the catalogue.

  • Live product and inventory counters
  • Pending actions queue with owners
  • Recent upload and sync activity
  • Distribution coverage by agent group

Platform Questions

A supplier starts with a demo or enquiry so we can understand the inventory involved. From there we create the supplier workspace, add users and permissions, and walk the team through onboarding and the first inventory load.

Inventory can be brought in through structured spreadsheet templates or through a connected feed from an existing supplier system. Every record is validated against the template before it reaches the live catalogue.

Suppliers publish products to a shared catalogue. Travel businesses discover those products, request access where it is required, and sell against the supplier’s own content, pricing and policies.

Yes. Agents can be organised into groups, and visibility and commercial rules are applied per group, so inventory is published only where the supplier intends it to appear.
