How It Works

From Inventory Upload to Marketplace Distribution

Four stages take a supplier from first login to live distribution. Each one is a working part of the platform, not a manual hand-off.

01

Supplier Onboarding

Create the supplier workspace, add company and contracting details, and set the users and permissions for the team.

What happens

  • Company and contracting details are recorded
  • Users are added with role-based permissions
  • Your inventory structure is reviewed with our team

FAQ

Questions About The Process

A supplier starts with a demo or enquiry so we can understand the inventory involved. From there we create the supplier workspace, add users and permissions, and walk the team through onboarding and the first inventory load.

Inventory can be brought in through structured spreadsheet templates or through a connected feed from an existing supplier system. Every record is validated against the template before it reaches the live catalogue.

Suppliers publish products to a shared catalogue. Travel businesses discover those products, request access where it is required, and sell against the supplier’s own content, pricing and policies.

Yes. Agents can be organised into groups, and visibility and commercial rules are applied per group, so inventory is published only where the supplier intends it to appear.

Commercial arrangements depend on the relationship between the agent, the supplier and the distribution model in use. Our team will walk through the options that apply to your business during the demo.

Use the enquiry form on the contact page or the Book a Demo button in the header. Tell us your business type and the solution you are interested in, and we will arrange a walkthrough of the relevant parts of the platform.
